Ten minutes may be enough for a familiar machine with no known defect, but a larger machine, a new attachment or a carried-over fault will take longer. Water that returns every morning points to a storage, delivery or handling problem; the separator is not permission to accept contaminated fuel.<\/p><\/div>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <div class=\"nit-pg-highlight\">\n        <strong>Topping up the same falling fluid level every morning is not maintenance.<\/strong>\n        <p>A repeated loss tells a story. Record it and find the cause before low oil, low coolant or aerated hydraulic fluid creates a larger failure.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section class=\"nit-pg-section\" id=\"greasing\" aria-labelledby=\"greasing-heading\">\n      <p class=\"nit-pg-eyebrow\">Golden rule 2<\/p>\n      <h2 id=\"greasing-heading\">Control friction with disciplined greasing<\/h2>\n      <p>Grease is inexpensive; pins, bushes and bearings are not. When a point is missed, the protective film breaks down. The most destructive particles may be too small to see, yet they can score pumps, valves and other close-fitting parts.<\/p>\n\n      <div class=\"nit-lv-duo\">\n        <article class=\"nit-lv-panel\"><div class=\"nit-lv-panel__icon\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u2713<\/div><h3>Keep contamination out<\/h3><p>Use the specified oil, clean caps and couplers, keep new hoses capped, replace filters on schedule and investigate hot oil, noise, slow response or jerky movement.<\/p><\/article>\n        <article class=\"nit-lv-panel\"><div class=\"nit-lv-panel__icon\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u2193<\/div><h3>Park in the approved position<\/h3><p>Lower buckets, blades, forks and other attachments to the ground. Then release stored pressure through the machine&#8217;s approved procedure before any authorised work.<\/p><\/article>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <div class=\"nit-lv-note\">\n        <div class=\"nit-lv-note__mark\" aria-hidden=\"true\">!<\/div>\n        <div><h3>A pinhole hydraulic leak can cause a medical emergency<\/h3><p>Never use a finger or palm to search for it. High-pressure fluid can penetrate skin through a wound that looks small. Full power immediately after start-up can place avoidable strain on bearings, pumps, seals and cylinders. Smooth does not mean slow; it means deliberate.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <ul>\n        <li>Stay within the rated payload and lifting limits.<\/li>\n        <li>Use smooth joystick and travel-control inputs.<\/li>\n        <li>Slow down over rough ground instead of allowing repeated impact.<\/li>\n        <li>Stop spinning tyres or tracks after useful traction is lost.<\/li>\n        <li>Use the correct attachment for the task.<\/li>\n        <li>Do not ride brakes or reverse direction harshly.<\/li>\n        <li>Stop when a critical warning appears; do not hide it with a restart.<\/li>\n        <li>Park on firm ground, lower the attachment and complete a post-shift check.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section class=\"nit-pg-section\" id=\"kenyan-conditions\" aria-labelledby=\"kenyan-conditions-heading\">\n      <p class=\"nit-pg-eyebrow\">Local working reality<\/p>\n      <h2 id=\"kenyan-conditions-heading\">Kenyan conditions and work patterns change the routine<\/h2>\n      <p>A checklist copied from another climate or job may miss the risk in front of the operator. Keep the manufacturer&#8217;s schedule, then add site-specific checks where conditions demand them.<\/p>\n\n      <div class=\"nit-cm-fit-grid\">\n        <article class=\"nit-cm-fit\"><span class=\"nit-cm-fit__icon\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u2600<\/span><h3>Dust and dry weather<\/h3><p>Watch air-restriction indicators and cooling packs.
